A number of subsidized buildings and units have been modified to accommodate people with disabilities, including wheelchair or scooter accessibility and design of rooms, doorways, doorknobs and windows; further information available on website

Cooperative and nonprofit housing organization with 53 units. Provides some rent-geared-to-income units through the Simcoe County Housing Corporation. Main floor laundry facilities and a community room. Three of the 53 apartments are fully wheelchair accessible and three can be adapted for people with physical disabilities.
