Diabetes Prevention Program:
A free program for adults who are at high risk of developing Type 2 diabetes, with the following risk factors: overweight, especially in the stomach area; high blood pressure; high cholesterol; low physical activity levels; Diabetes during pregnancy.
Breastfeeding Support Clinic:
Free Breastfeeding Support Clinic with lactation consultant held once a week.
