The Help Centre delivers a wide variety of services and programs that are not addressed by other government or social service agencies.
THC assists Northumberland low-income residents with:
- Office closed but walk-ins are welcome to come to the service desk. Contact by phone or email recommended.
- Rental listings available to clients by email, website, community agencies and at the service desk. Advocates for clients with landlords by phone
- Low Energy Assistant Program applications and Ontario Electricity Support Program applications are received and processed remotely
- Outreach services by appointment only
- Income Tax Program is provided by drop off or telephone if the clients lives in the rural areas.
