Youth Resiliency Programs:

Mindful Masters

• this program provides easy strategies to help children, aged 9 to 12, focus their attention, improve on self-regulation, build resiliency and develop a positive mindset
• every Tuesday for 8 weeks | 6 pm - 7:30 pm

Kids Have Stress Too! (for parents)

• this program teaches parents and caregivers of children ages 4 to 9 to recognize when children are stressed and teach them ways to cope
• learn to help your children develop healthy strategies which will help them to adapt, be resourceful, feel confident and become resilient
• every Thursday for 3 Weeks | 6 pm - 8 pm

Y.A.S (Young and Skilled) - PA Days

• this workshop will teach life skills to youth ages 10-14
• participants will learn simple skills to be healthy, happy, and helpful through physical activity, healthy eating, self-care, and contributing to the community
• PA Days 9 am - 4 pm

Multi-service, volunteer-based community support organization that enables clients to experience a higher quality of life by strengthening their connections with the community.

• Provides nutrition, transportation, wellness, in-home and hospice services to residents of Northumberland County
• Programs and services help seniors, adults with disabilities, those recovering from illness or injury and hospice clients and their loved ones and caregivers remain independent and supported in their own homes and communities

• 85' x 195' ice pad with a heated and barrier free viewing area that accommodates 600+ persons
• Six dressing rooms and storage areas
• Lobby canteen and office space
• Banquet and meeting facilities designed to accommodate up to 325 persons. Permanent liquor license, bar and fully equipped kitchen

Multi-functional facility featuring walking track, soccer field, golf driving range, courts for basketball, ball hockey, pickle ball and racquet sports.

Home to a number of local community services.

• Three main tenants are located on the main floor - Northumberland EarlyON program, Hastings Branch Library, and Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Satelite office
• General meeting area on lower level. Kitchen and washroom facilities available.Room capacity 200; seated capacity 160

Facility is used for fund-raising events, sports events, bazaars, weddings, family programs, annual events and traditional socials.

• 3 rooms available to rent. Kitchen facilities and a bar are available. Catering provided at an additional cost. Alcohol is permitted and the hall provides a bartender for a fee. Hall is air conditioned.
• Maximum hall capacity: 300 people. Parking available.
