Recreational sailing programs for disabled persons

• supervised or instructional courses, course times are flexible to fit anyone's schedule
• personalized courses available
• "Learn to Sail" program offers supervised sailing instruction which includes both practical on-water sessions and sailing theory. Participants will receive on shore instruction in sailing theory, safety, knots and rigging.
• New Sailors: Learn to Sail courses are run throughout the summer.
• Returning Sailors: Returning sailors can schedule sailing times throughout the summer
• Sonar Groups: Groups of 3-4 people can book to sail the Sonar with two qualified sailors

Adapted fishing program for people with disabilities.

• Program teaches conservation of the fish population, habitat and preservation of the environment
• Practice live release of all fish caught during trips
• Kids Day - free fishing

Sledge Hockey teams for Jr/Development and Intermediate team.

• Teams are co-ed

Provides sports opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities, including soccer, softball, track and field, swimming, floor hockey, basketball, 5- and 10-pin bowling, snowshoeing, nordic skiing, and Bocce Ball

Community-based program dedicated to enriching the lives of people with an intellectual disability through sport

• primary instrument of program delivery is through community sports clubs, which are operated by a team of volunteer coaches
• programs give athletes the opportunity to train twelve months of the year in order to compete and test their skills against other athletes of similar ability
