- provides new or gently used work boots to individuals who have legitimate work offers (boots and sizes as available), call for information
- usable work boots can be dropped off at the Bayside Mission Centre at any time
- provides donated coats to the homeless and other individuals and families who do not have a warm coat for the winter
- Annual Campaign takes place in October
- donated coats can be dropped off at the Community and Family Services office at the Salvation Army Bayside Mission Centre, 16 Bayfield St, Barrie
- coats are distributed from the Community and Family Services office in October and November
- provides emergency assistance to parents with young children

- Assists low income individuals in obtaining an Ontario Birth Certificate by appointment only
