• Community Paramedics apply their specialized training and skills in the community outside of their traditional 9-1-1 emergency response role to support people with Congestive Heart Failure, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Diabetes.
• Through this program, Community Paramedics visit a patient's home and offer comprehensive in-home health assessments, including checking vital signs, blood work, provide vaccinations, and help clients understand how to manage their health conditions.

County of Simcoe Public Access Defibrillation (PAD) Program

• Assists individuals and business sites with the purchasing, placement, registration, awareness of Public Access Defibrillators, and assist with Bill 141 compliance. For more information, contact: pad.program@simcoe.ca

• Independent Registration of Public Access Defibrillators with 9-1-1 Ambulance Communications Centres. An accredited 38-bed community hospital providing a 24/7 emergency department. Offering a wide scope of medical and surgical services as well as a variety of outpatient clinics diagnostic and treatment services.

Emergency room care. Doctors, nurses and other health professionals assess and treat life-threatening injuries or severe illness.

Provides local and long-distance non-urgent medical transfers. Special event medical coverage. First aid, CPR, AED, EFR, EMR, WHMIS training.

Provides non-urgent patient transportation including Bariatric patients over 250 lbs.
