- Medical and essential travel - will drive to areas such as the GTA for essential medical appointments
- Transportation to COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic with in Simcoe County and Muskoka, excluding Orillia and Huntsville. Call to book an appointment or book online via CT Link Transportation to Vaccine Clinics Program
Must have a vaccine appointment booked - Grocery pick up and delivery
- In-person service is available by appointment only and staff are working and available to provide assistance by email or phone

For those who need the assistance of a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, the O.W.L.S. bus travels within city limits and to Orillia Square Mall.
- The bus is unable to pull into private driveways.
- If personal care or assistance required, please arrange for an attendant or companion - attendants do not have to pay a fare.
- Children under 13 who ride without an attendant must be met by an adult at their destination.
- Each O.W.L.S. member is entitled to four round trips, or eight one-way trips per month.
